ਹੋਲੀ

Holi celebrates the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil, recalling the legend of Prahlad and Holika. Punjabi Hindu families play with colored powders (gulal) and water, share sweets, and gather with community. In Punjab, Holi is immediately followed by the Sikh Hola Mohalla.
